"No more handwritten notes and then going to the office to enter the data into the computer system. Obviously this saves time and money and allows our counselors to spend more time in the field and less time entering data at the office. We are thrilled." Sebastian Lacy, Vice-President of Human Resources and Admin Services
Through our Operation E-Cycle Program, the NCNE solicits desktop and laptop computers (4 yrs old or less), printers and other technology equipment from small businesses and large corporations. We then refurbish the equipment through a generous grant from the Richard King Mellon Foundation and give the equipment away FOR FREE to local non-profits that otherwise couldn’t afford to upgrade their technology and efficiency.
Please click here for the e-Cycle brochure.
Does your organization have equipment to donate? Or is your non-profit in need of technology equipment?
Please call Barbara Shafran at 412-977-6688 or send an email to ecycle@the ncne.org.
