Join us for a lively session on how to implement the best marketing strategies for your organization.  Learn how to address tactical challenges and present a marketing plan that will get buy-in throughout the organization and with all your stakeholders.

Think like a for-profit business!  Marketing a nonprofit is just as important as marketing a for-profit business.  Everyone needs to attract new stakeholders, customers and talent, as well as extend their brand.  The landscape is shifting and we will discuss how you can be more creative and diligent in your approaches.

You will walk away with a better understanding of “what sets your organization apart,” — your positioning and differentiation, how to build an effective marketing plan, and prioritize marketing executions on a limited budget.

Our guest speaker will be Paulette Duderstadt, Principal, Black Ice Strategies.  Paulette brings strategic marketing value to clients, from short term strategy – helping to develop marketing executions to build communities and customers – to long term strategy, integrating marketing into operations plans.  As a CMO, Paulette serves as an extension of management and execution teams to drive and strengthen brands.  She has worked with recognizable brands, early-stage companies, and business organizations in various industries, not limited to but including manufacturing, software/hardware companies, retail, family-owned, nonprofits, and education.  Paulette is a proud Point Park University alum with a degree in journalism and communications. She has a broad scope of strategic marketing expertise with 25 years in channel marketing, marketing strategy, branding, public relations, online digital marketing, social and community management, and media relations.
