The 2025-2025 Quality Campaign
Application due by 5pm on Friday, Sept. 19. All applicants will be notified by Wednesday, October 1.
The 2025-2026 Quality Campaign cohort will go through a Youth Program Quality Improvement Process (YPQI) led by The Weikart Center For Program Quality with support from APOST.
2025-2026 Program Dates
The commitment begins October 2025 and continues through April 2026. There are set workshops and meetings led by either The Weikart Center or APOST, along with deadlines for deliverables throughout the 2025-2026 program year.

APOST Check-Ins
APOST staff will call to talk through, answer questions about, and support your organization's next steps in the YPQI process.
Improvement Workshops (Youth Work Methods & SEL)
All program staff are encouraged to attend APOST’s Youth Work Methods & SEL (also known as Weikart) workshops directly related to their improvement goals.
Attendance
October, January, & March workshops have specific attendance requirements that must be met in order to complete the Quality Campaign process. Please see individual workshop descriptions for more details.
Participation Requirements
The Site Leader is responsible for ensuring all expectations, requirements and deadlines are met.
All deadlines for Scores & Goals must be met in order to successfully complete the Quality Campaign Process.
Completing all workshops and assignments by March 31, 2026, will result in your organization being named a QC member until May 2029, a total of 3 years.
