Imagine Further Collective
Summer Position*
Imagine Further Collective is currently seeking a Senior Facilitator to support youth ages 6–17 in our summer camp programs across Pittsburgh from June 22 through August 7, 2026, with the potential for continued employment during the 2026–2027 school year.*
This position is a great fit for someone who is passionate about youth development, mental health, and creating supportive, engaging spaces for children and teens. The Senior Facilitator will lead group discussions, hands-on activities, and relaxation exercises that help young people build emotional regulation, coping skills, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
Imagine Further Collective would especially welcome referrals for individuals who are:
Warm, empathetic, and organized.
Experienced working with youth.
Comfortable facilitating groups and supporting positive youth development.
Interested in mental health, education, counseling, or related fields.
Preference will be given to candidates with 2–5 years of experience working with youth or in psychology-related settings. Required clearances and Mandatory Reporter training will apply.
