Violence Prevention Intervention (VIP) and Building Opportunity through Out-of-School Time (BOOST) is a Pennsylvania state-funded program that offers grants to out-of-school time organizations. The goal of BOOST is to expand out-of-school time (OST) structured programming opportunities for at-risk school-age youth.
