The 2026-2027 Quality Campaign
The 2026-2027 Quality Campaign cohort will go through a Youth Program Quality Improvement Process (YPQI) led by The Weikart Center For Program Quality with support from APOST from October 2026 through March 2027.
This year’s process features:
Membership in a cohort learning model, experiencing this process together, sharing ideas and support
Easy to navigate assessment tools. We’ll work with the Weikart Center’s School-Age PQA (for programs serving grades K-6) and Youth PQA (for programs serving grades 4-12)
Easy scores reporting through the Weikart Center’s Scores Reporter, an online data-reporting system used to produce reports & store your data over time
Quality assessment, planning with data and coaching-related workshops and more!
The Process
The commitment begins October 2026 and continues through March 2027. There are set workshops and meetings led by either The Weikart Center or APOST, along with deadlines for deliverables throughout the program year.

APOST Check-Ins
APOST staff will call to talk through, answer questions about, and support your organization's next steps in the YPQI process.
Improvement Workshops (Youth Work Methods & SEL)
All program staff are encouraged to attend APOST’s Youth Work Methods & SEL (also known as Weikart) workshops directly related to their improvement goals. These are workshops offered through our Seasonal PD.
Your need 4 members from your program or organization to commit to this team, including one site leader.
The Site Leader is responsible for ensuring all expectations, requirements and deadlines are met.
October, January, & March workshops have specific attendance requirements for team members that must be met in order to complete the Quality Campaign process. Please see individual workshop descriptions for more details.
All deadlines for Scores & Goals must be met in order to successfully complete the Quality Campaign Process. Completing all workshops and assignments by March 31, 2027, will result in your organization being named a QC member until May 2030, a total of 3 years.
