With the passing of the Pennsylvania 2025-2026 state budget, we are officially celebrating the renewed investment in OST programs of $11.5 million with the BOOST program! APOST is thrilled at the continuation of the state’s investment and will continue to share information as it becomes available regarding the 2025-2026 BOOST application process.

What is BOOST Funding?


Building Opportunity through Out-of-School Time (BOOST) is a Pennsylvania state-funded program that offers grants to out-of-school time organizations. The goal of BOOST is to expand out-of-school time (OST) structured programming opportunities for at-risk school-age youth.
