There is a deep need for more clarity and shared messaging surrounding the OST sector- including what OST is, its impact on youth, and its overall value. To address this, APOST aims to engage audiences in an innovative and informative campaign to improve awareness and investment in the OST sector for Allegheny County. This campaign will ideally illustrate the definition, impact and value of OST through visual storytelling and creative messaging tactics that includes advocacy-oriented messaging that clearly defines and articulates the societal, economic, and public benefits of OST.
