Resources

This section highlights helpful articles, frameworks, and guidebooks to support OST program evaluation.

This publication is a guide summarizing information on 25 survey questionnaires, assessment tools, and other data collection tools that OST practitioners can use to assess outcomes for program participants.

This guidebook is a detailed guide to complement Every Hour Counts (EHC)’s framework for measurement and continuous improvement. It provides additional information about framework outcomes and guidance for setting data goals and establishing processes to support data use. The guidebook also includes a data toolkit with assessment tools and sample data-related materials for OST settings.

Published by Every Hour Counts (EHC), this framework aims to assist intermediaries in identifying their data needs and in planning data collection. The framework includes outcomes for young people and OST programs and also presents options for measuring progress.

This research brief evaluates the rewards and challenges of using data and market research to reverse declining arts audiences and offers helpful insights on how arts organizations can use that information to cultivate new audiences and strengthen bonds with existing ones.
